Goren Holm Ventures Brings Giftz to the Table

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 5, 2019) Rewards Media, Inc., a Delaware C-Corp and holding company of Giftz, LLC & Giftz Exchange, LLC (Giftz) is proud to announce that its lead investor, Goren Holm Ventures (GHV), has joined the Draper Venture Network Beta (DVN). Giftz is one of 9 GHV Portfolio Companies.

Alon Goren & Josef Holm, co-founders of GHV, watched closely as Mr. Paukulis, a veteran movie studio executive and market research entrepreneur, built out the Giftz platform. “John is an early blockchain adopter and a leader in the space…and we are proud to have Giftz as part of the GHV portfolio,” states Goren.

Giftz’ liquid-rewards platform tokenizes points, miles and eGift card stored value, so it can be distributed securely via blockchain and traded on the Giftz Exchange. New additions to their Advisory Board are Mitch Brody who has launched or relaunched 3rd Party merchant side Gift Cards for Fandango, Neiman Marcus, Ticketmaster, Dollar Shave Club, Atom Tickets and STARZ with $600M in LTD gift card dollar loads. Attorney Alex Papaefthimiou, founder of Papaefthimiou APC, brings 15 years of legal experience to Giftz. Alex is an intellectual property, business litigation and class action attorney who has successfully litigated against some of the largest law firms in the country and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. Giftz also welcomes, Simon Bogdanowicz, an experienced Fortune 1000 sales leader and Founding Partner of BlockTeam Ventures.
